  • Irrigation Monitoring (as-needed maintenance cost added to monthly bill)

Weed Control

  • Spring- lawn weed control with pre-emergent and soil conditioner

  • Summer- lawn weed control with control for grassy weeds

  • Fall- lawn weed control maintenance

Nutrient Package

  • Early spring liquid fertilizer with root tone

  • Spring liquid fertilizer 

  • Summer slow-release granular fertilizer

  • Late summer liquid fertilizer with root tone, soil conditioner 

  • Fall slow-release granular fertilizer

  • Late fall liquid fertilizer for dormancy prep

Add-Ons

  • Annual installs

Year-Round Service

Want to add in snow removal services too? We’d love to take care of your property year-round.

All-inclusive year-round clients include estimated monthly snow removal (Nov-March). Snow removal needs greatly depends on the individual property. Details of your customized plan will be discussed after the property walk-through has been completed.

As an all-inclusive client of FVL, you can be assured that all aspects of your property’s landscape will be attended to and given the proper care that it needs. Most landscape issues are not just from one single cause, often many elements are at play to have a landscape start performing not at its best. 

By having eyes on all the facets, we can foresee issues before they turn into major problems.  With our decades of experience, it is second nature for us to see the small nuances of problems forming and have the knowledge to make the appropriate adjustments to get things back on the right track.
