The importance of a licensed and insured company is peace of mind for the client. If there is an unfortunate accident, for example where a window my be broken, an insured company will be able to cover the damages. A weekly maintenance service visit for a residential property will consist of mowing, edge trimming, and a blow off of hard surfaces. The property can also see small attention to detail that very from visit t visit, such as hand weeding, quick shrub pruning, and minor irrigation adjustments.

For most services, no one is required to be home. If no one is home, it is asked that pets not be in the area that is being serviced and moveable objects not impede the service that need to be done. If there is a service where it is needed for someone to be available, arrangements will be made prior to the service date.

FVL is a high end all season maintenance company, that focuses on maintaining new and mature landscapes. We do take on small landscape and irritations installs, however our focus is on the upkeep and maintenance.
