Mike has been working as a professional Landscaper since the early 90s, cutting his teeth at some of Seattle’s premier landscape companies.  Having a passion for all things landscape, he set out to develop a company that holds its practices to the highest standards, while working to create a culture within the company that allows the employees to have pride and ownership of their work.  The product FVL delivers is a direct extension of Mike's experience, passion, and commitment to each property.

Mike has lived in the Flathead Valley since 2009 and enjoys the outdoors in all seasons.  In his free time, you can find him cycling, fly fishing, hunting, and snowboarding.

Coming from a background of always having her hands in the dirt, digging or growing something; being a passionate landscaper was a natural choice for her.  With over 10 years of professional experience, she develops individual programs for her clients working to create a healthy sustainable ecosystem within each of them.  With a love for all thing living (plants and animals) the health and beauty of properties is her highest priority.

Having lived in the valley for almost 20 years Mackey enjoys spending her free time rambling around in the mountains during all seasons; hiking, fly fishing, snowboarding, and XC skiing.

Clinton is the jack of all trades at FVL.  Joining the team four years ago, he is the definition of a “we can get that done” attitude.  Either in the middle of driving a storm or during the hottest days of summer, he ensures the jobs are getting done to their full potential.  His background, although not in the traditional landscape industry, has given him the tools to have pride in his work and ability to problem solve to complete the task.  

Coming to the valley in 2010 Clinton finds himself most at home in the outdoors.  Whether he hunting, fishing, or collecting firewood with his family he is a happy camper being in Montana’s open spaces.

Jared, officially joining the team in 2024, has been a part of FVL from the start; assisting with projects, snow removal, and solving mechanical puzzles.  He is the Swiss Army Knife of the team, due to his ability to know the right tool to fix problems as they arise.  With two decades in the golf course industry in the valley, FVL is lucky to have such an asset as a part of the team.   

Jared Arrived here in the valley in 200? and enjoys being a part of the heartbeat of his community.  In his free time,e you can find him helping his neighbors with projects, supping up his current project car, or enjoying the oasis he has created on his property. 

Although he is not in the field every day, you can be assured that when he is on the property all the work is done in a timely manner, all the squirrels are in the trees they should be, and the bears are properly mitigated.  Finn’s services are free of charge, although he does encourage dog cookie donations.  

Finn was born in St. Ignatius and loves everything outdoors! His perfect day would be chasing bears, treeing squirrels, fishing with his family, Playing with his doggo friends, and curling up on his couch after dinner with his favorite stuffed bear.
